Reservations can only be canceled through the form below. If you would like to change your reservation to a different day or time, you will need to make a new reservation, and then cancel your previous one using the form below. Your previous reservation will be refunded in full as long as you are canceling at least 48 hour piror to your previous reservation.

Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to your reservation will not be refunded.

Shuttle times and parking reservations cannot be changed within 48 hours prior to your reservation. Guests who arrive late, after their scheduled shuttle time, will be placed in the standby line for the next available seats. Typical wait times are generally 15 to 30 minutes in the standby line. The final shuttle to Maroon Bells departs at 3:00 PM, and the last bus coming back down is at 5:00 PM.
